Estate Planning

Header - What We Do

Discuss: We talk with you to determine your wealth transfer goals and ensure your unique family situation is not overlooked. Situations such as:

  • Blended families
  • Spend thrift beneficiaries
  • Charitable intents
  • Elder care concerns
  • Incapacitation or death
  • Sizable, taxable estates

Maximize: We can develop plans for you to maximize your wealth transfer.

Collaborate: We can work jointly with your estate planning attorney to ensure your estate plans are in line with your goals. We also have outside attorneys that are able to review existing documents or draft new ones.

Educate: We can discuss the often misunderstood documents such as wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, quick claim deeds and numerous types of trusts.

Stay Updated: We stay updated on law changes that may require estate planning documents to be reviewed or revised and can suggest when it is time for you to visit with your estate planning attorney again.

Review: We like to review beneficiary designations on a regular basis to ensure they are correct.
